We accept online orders, fax orders and phone orders.

Minimum order in value: 10,00 €

• Money order: Your items will be delivered after the payment has been transferred to our German bank account. You get our IBAN and BIC via email after you have placed your order.
  
• You can also pay per PayPal.

No credit cards and payment by cheques accepted!!

We ship goods via DHL, GLS or Deutsche Post.

• 13,90 Euro incl. VAT (11,68 Euro plus VAT) to all European countries  
• 25,60 Euro incl. VAT (21,51 Euro plus VAT) to countries world-wide

Customers will be responsible for covering shipping rates and packaging materials.

We are required by German laws to collect sales tax from our customers. All items are subject to sales tax depending on the destination of the shipment. Customers from countries of the European Union may not pay sales tax. We do not collect sales tax from customers outside the European Union.
Please, always specify your sales tax identification number.

We make sure, that the customs declaration is correct. On shipments in countries outside the European Union buyers will be responsible for covering customs fees and other import duties.
