1. General
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, supplies and other services. We hereby expressly object to deviating contractual provisions of the contracting party. All additional agreements require written confirmation on our part.
The "NEOTEXX · Andreas Kerskes und Jessica Helfenbein GbR" Company is entitled at any time to change or supplement these General Terms and Conditions including all possible annexes with an appropriate term of notice.
Orders, which have been placed beforehand, are handled on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions valid at that point in time.

2. Offer
Our offers are subject to confirmation. Slight deviations and technical modifications in comparison to our illustrations or descriptions are possible.

3. Supply and payment
The terms of payment and supply of the "NEOTEXX" Company are further detailed in the order form. The minimum order value is 10,- Euro.
All our prices are final prices and include the legal value added tax of presently 19%. We are entitled to make a partial delivery, if this seems favourable for efficient handling.
A local surcharge will be charged for special dispatching methods requested by our customers.
Forwarding expenses abroad on request.
The payment is to be affected immediately after receipt of the goods in the case of delivery on account.

4. Delivery times
Stocked goods are dispatched (we are not liable for transport problems) within 3 days. We will strive to deliver the goods as fast as possible, if they are not on stock at the time of placing the order.
The period is extended appropriately, if the non-compliance of a supply or a performance period is due to force majeure, labour disputes, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances, which are not to be represented by us. The buyer is entitled to set an appropriate respite in writing with warning of refusal of acceptance, if the delivery period is not observed for other reasons then the above-mentioned and to withdraw after fruitless expiry with regard to the contractual supply or service. Both we and the buyer can withdraw from the contract, if the impossibility of the supply is based on inability of the manufacturer or of our subcontractor and if the agreed upon delivery deadline is exceeded by more than 6 weeks. Claims for damages due to default or impossibility and/or non-fulfilment, also such, which occurred up to cancellation of the contract, are excluded.

5. Right of return
You can return all articles - without giving reasons - free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
We only accept post paid goods consignments.
We will refund you the invoice amount less forwarding expenses.
The goods must be unused and undamaged. No exchange in the case of flaking or magnet breakage.
Colour differences in the coating or material decrease on the surface are due to production deviations.

6. Passage of risk
The passage of risk is transferred to the buyer with dispatch of the goods by "NEOTEXX".
Please check the intactness of the packet before accepting, the perfect and undamaged condition is confirmed by the signature of the recipient. The supplier is to be immediately notified of complaints.

7. Guarantee
The "NEOTEXX" Company ensures that the sold goods have the contractually assured characteristics at the time of the passage of the risk.
Observe the warning references on our InterNet pages and the document enclosed with the goods.
We expressly point out that we are not liable for damages, which result from inappropriate handling.
The non-liability in particular refers to data loss on magnetic data media.

The goods remain property of the "NEOTEXX " Company until complete payment
